- Supervision and Care: Ensure passengers' safety and well-being throughout the journey, assisting with boarding and alighting.
- Support: Provide necessary assistance to passengers with special needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities, ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, school staff, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of seat belts, harnesses, and other safety equipment.
- Behavior Management: Monitor and manage passenger behavior, ensuring a calm and safe environment within the vehicle.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of journeys, incidents, and any issues that arise during transport.
- First Aid: Administer basic first aid if necessary and report any health concerns to the appropriate authorities (training can be provided).
Qualifications
- Current DBS check
